My famous “Black-Eyed Pea Casserole” Recipe

My “black eyed pea casserole” dish has long been my family’s New Years Day “go to meal” since 1995.  Not being a fan of black eyed peas before then, this was THE only way that I would eat black eyed peas….LOL!  Now, I have no problem when it comes to eating black eyed peas….you really don’t even taste the peas….LOL!  I normally spend the entire New Year’s Day making several dishes for friends and family members, but this year I decided to share the recipe so as to have more time to take advantage of the New Year’s Day sales….ssshh , don’t tell the hubby!   Well, here is the recipe so that you too can experience what my family have long been enjoying for years….It’s Haute!

Have a Happy New Year!
