Even though we are a week away from the official start date of Spring, you can hardly go inside of a clothing or home accessory store and not be blinded by the bright and cheery colors of spring. I love all the sorbet colors of clothing and shoes and the cheery yellows and greens in the dishes and home accessories.
In my continued quest for more Easter and Spring home decor, I ventured into one of my other favorite stores to shop…..TJMaxx/HomeGoods. What I love the most about this store is that I can basically shop for myself and my home…all at the same time. If you love the colors of spring, then you will love some of these colorful vignettes that inspired me to invigorate my home with more spring colors.
As soon as I stepped into the store this vignette of gorgeous Mexican pottery put an instant smile on my face. All I could think of was sitting on my deck surrounded with these pots filled with sweet smelling flowers. I love the colors in these pots with their mosaic patterns and beautiful tilework. No need to vacation in Mexico, if your deck is decked out with these accessories.
If you are longing for the sand, beach and the sound of the ocean, then this vignette would be the perfect way to bring the beach to your home. Accents of blue always have a calming and relaxing effect and not mention it is a great reminder of the ocean and beach. I visualized decorating my masterbath with these accessories to create a beach spa-like retreat…..Calgon, take me away! LOL!
